FAQs
What time should we arrive?
If you are joining us on the Friday evening, we will be gathering from 6pm around the Stables Bar area where there will be some live music. This is an gathering so everyone is welcome to come and go as they please, eat at the bar or book yourself in for dinner at the cowshed restaurant if you want something more substantial. https://www.tewinbury.co.uk/eat-drink/cowshed/
On the day, we recommend arriving an hour before the ceremony, which begins at 1:30, to give you time to park, find your seat, and soak it all in! The bar will be open from 12.30.
What’s the venue address?
The ceremony and reception will be held in Tythe Barn at Tewinbury Farm, Hertford Rd, Welwyn, Hertfordshire AL6 0JB. Full travel directions can be found here.

Is transport provided?
You’ll need to make your own way to and from the venue. Uber is available locally. Let us know where you need to get to and we can introduce you to anyone else staying nearby if you wish to share taxis.

I have dietary requirements – what should I do?
Please let us know ASAP if you haven’t already, and we’ll make sure you’re looked after.
Can we take photos?
We’d love for you to capture moments and videos throughout the day! However, we’re asking for an unplugged ceremony – so please keep phones away until we say ‘I do’.
